Cardio / Aerobics

These sessions raise your heart rate, enabling your cells to burn more fat during both exercise and inactivity. Our cardio exercises uses large muscle movement over a sustained period of time keeping your heart rate to at least 50% of its maximum level.

Legs, Bums & Tums

The old school classic!! An all round body workout, suitable for all levels, blending cardiovascular and resistance exercises to target those problem areas — the legs, the glutes, and abs.

Fitness Pilates

The focus of these sessions is the human kinetic chain. The aim of Fitness Pilates is to identify basic postural imbalances and, through Pilates based exercises, increase muscular balance and strength.

HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training

Fun, fast paced sessions. Using short bursts of activity to improve your all round stamina, strength and power. It’s possible to burn a lot of calories during the session and at rest afterwards in what is known as the afterglow effect. Variations of exercise are provided throughout to help too.

Abdominal Conditioning

A series of fun and varied exercises that are designed to develop core strength, stability and posture resulting in a stronger back, and a firmer, flatter tummy.

Restorative Stretch

Stretching is so vital to our posture, flexibility and strength. This session takes you through an entire body mobility work out, before lengthening and recovering your muscles. Each week we focus on a different joint mobility.

The Mobility Method

Created to combine improvements in flexibility, with the strength to control these new ranges of motion. These classes give structural stability and movement confidence,  keeping your spine supple and strong.

Meditation

Meditation isn’t about becoming a different person, a new person, or even a better person. It’s about training in awareness and getting a healthy sense of perspective. You’re not trying to turn off your thoughts or feelings. You’re learning to observe them without judgment. And eventually, you may start to better understand them as well.

Body Conditioning

Focusing on strength, muscular endurance and fitness conditioning, these classes will help to develop a strong and toned physique.
