11 live fitness classes every week, live and interactive or watch on demand.
We know that you can’t always make the classes live, that’s ok, you’re the #replay crew! All the classes are steamed onto the private Facebook group and on zoom at the same time so we can interact with you. We know that you don’t always want to be doing a hard work out, we’re got genres to suit everyone, from HIIT to meditation. Whatever your mood, we’ve got you covered.
Lifestyle Lectures. Every Thursday evening Jenny and Rob hold a lecture to give you the best and up-to-date health and fitness research and techniques. Guiding and explaining the ever-changing scientific research and information on everything health, fitness and nutrition so you’re armed with the correct and up-to-date knowledge. We strongly believe ‘Knowledge is power’
Every month we upload a brand new recipe book to inspire and motivate you to experiment with healthy cooking for you and your family. Every recipe is calorie and macro calculated so if weight loss is your goal, we’ve got you covered. We know that sometimes we get bored with cooking the same meals over and over again. This makes us want to grab something quick and easy and quite often full of empty calories. We’re here to keep you on track every step of the way.
Goal Setting Workshops
The first Thursday of every month we get together to get laser-focused and motivated on our goals for the month. You don’t need to share your personal goals, you can keep it completely private and just enjoy the group coaching session or if you feel it’s helpful to share then that’s what we’re here for. There’s no ‘one size fits all’ every person on our group is unique and has personal goals to achieve. We also give you a printable booklet to document everything. We know that what gets written down, gets done. We’re here to keep you on track and “do what you said you’d do!’
This is one of the most fun features of the members’ club! We pick a week and a small goal that we’d like to achieve. It can be anything. Drink more water, lose 2lb, do more classes, do more steps, get up earlier, meditate every day. Absolutely anything that’s personal to you. It really is amazing what you can achieve when you put your mind to it and your surrounded by people that are cheering you on every day. Small goals all add up to big changes. You just need to keep walking forwards.
A brand new feature we’re introducing. We know that a big part of fitness is the sociability aspect. So we’re introducing ‘Training Partners’. This where we can introduce you to someone who you can be accountable to, to help each other stay on track and your eye on the prize! Laugh with and maybe join each other on a class.
