I have been specialising in personal training for 20 years. Whether my clients have been with me from the very beginning or have joined me more recently in their fitness journey, they achieve their goals, we have fun together and succeed together. Training with me is about enjoying the process as well as the results.
Keeping a positive mind set is something that I really feel runs side by side with exercise and I approach everything in life with a ‘can do’ attitude. This certainly helps me deal with sleepless nights and the odd tantrum I get at home from my two gorgeous children! I have a private studio in Barton-on-Sea but we often take advantage of the beach and cliff tops. The various courses I go on keep me up to date with the best fitness trends. In fact, having two young children has meant I’m now keen to pass on my knowledge of pre & post-natal fitness as well.
We live in such a wonderful part of the world, with both the beach and the New Forest on our doorstep, so I like nothing better than getting out and enjoying the scenery with my family in my spare time. Pottering around in my garden whilst my crazy cat whizzes about the place is also a favourite way to spend time.
I’m very proud to be able to say that, by completing things such as the London Marathon, cycling events and dog sledding in the arctic, and various Tough Mudders. I have raised over £20,000 for charity. I’m also proud to say I’ve trained teams to complete events that have raised money for the Oakhaven Hospice. I also love catching up with friends over a nice meal and a glass of wine or two!

I’ve always had a love of exercise and fitness which has led me to compete at a high level of rugby; cycle 1,000 miles in 9 days Lands End to John o’Groats; 300 miles in London to Paris; competing in triathlons; or completing a range of Tough Mudders, assault courses, and marathons. This inspired me to complete my degree in Leisure & Recreation Management with Sports Science.
Qualified in Personal Training, bio-mechanics, sports massage, nutrition and a range of fitness classes; I am more than just passionate about ways that I can help you; I really want you to drive you and your families to be your best.
Life is a choice. You choose your sleep, food, movements, relationships, work, and happiness; but how often do you reflect on it and ensure that your body is at it's absolute best?
I love bio-mechanics and finding ways to improve your posture and gait which will reduce your joint pain, allowing you to enjoy your life to the full.
I'm proud of the life changing results I've made for myself and clients. Personal training sessions are tailored to you and include gait analysis and posture, body composition, and goal setting. With a 5 and 2 year old I also understand life is balancing act.
